The Fastest Way to Find SAP Contractors Isn't a Search.
It's a Call.
SAP CONTRACTORS · FAST & HIGH QUALITY
Your program board doesn't care why the seat is empty, only that it is. And the usual channels weren't built to supply SAP contractors on this timeline: internal HR intake forms take weeks, generalist recruiters need briefing on what SAP even involves, and a big consulting firm's offshore bench isn't built for a same-week gap.
Ellcoda exists for exactly this. When a seat opens mid-project, we don't start a search - we make a call. Our referral-only network of SAP contractors is already warm, already known to us, and already available to step into a live program.
✓ Every SAP contractor is already known to us - not sourced when your brief lands
✓ Most bring 10+ years of dedicated SAP delivery experience
✓ We've seen them perform under pressure before - this isn't a first-time guess
✓ Most urgent SAP contractor briefs are filled within 72 hours - because we're never starting cold

No job boards or cold searches. We draw on relationships built through years of SAP delivery.
Direct Access to the Owner
Your brief goes straight to Dara, with 26 years of recruitment experience.
Insight Beyond the CV
We know their track records, not just what’s on their CVs. We know how they work and what they deliver.
Knowledge You Can't Google
We know who's delivered and who hasn't, and we'll tell you straight.
SAP Contractors Who Showed Up When It Mattered Most.
SAP CONTRACTORS · WHEN IT MATTERED MOST
A national utilities provider needed a senior SAP Program Director to get a stalled S/4HANA rollout back on track. We placed a proven SAP contractor from our network within 72 hours - no advertising, no shortlisting delays.
72 Hours
Full Team
An FMCG client's implementation scope expanded mid-project, requiring a full team of SAP contractors fast. Because most had delivered together through our network before, they were contributing from day one - not week three.
Zero Churn
A government department needed security-cleared SAP contractors for a sensitive, multi-year program with no room for mid-program drop-offs. Every SAP contractor placed stayed the full course - start to finish, no gaps.
