A Bad SAP Hire Costs You More Than Just a Day Rate.
SAP AUSTRALIA · RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS
Most organisations searching for an SAP recruitment agency in Australia have already been burned - by generalist recruiters who don't understand SAP, or by big consulting firms charging a premium for offshore delivery. A wrong hire doesn't just cost time. It costs momentum, budget, and trust with the executives backing the program.
Ellcoda removes that risk. We're not a job board, a database, or a generalist recruiter working across every industry - we're a boutique, referral-only SAP recruitment specialist, and SAP is the only thing we do.
✓ We only work with contractors recommended by people we trust
✓ Most contractors have 10+ years of SAP delivery experience
✓ We know their track record - because we've worked with them, or know who has
✓ We deliver faster - most roles are filled within 72 hours

SAP AUSTRALIA · PROJECT PROOF
A national utilities provider needed a senior SAP Program Director to accelerate a stalled S/4HANA rollout. We placed a proven contractor from our network within 72 hours of the brief - no advertising, no shortlisting delays.
72 Hours
Full Team
An FMCG client needed a full project team, from Business Analysts to Testers, for a time-critical implementation. Because many of our contractors have delivered together before, the team was working cohesively within days, not weeks.
Zero Churn
A government department required security-cleared SAP contractors for a sensitive, multi-year program. Every contractor placed stayed the full course - the person they started with was the person they finished with.
